Owala 30oz FreeSip Sway Stainless Steel Water Bottle

It’s perfect for my 12 hour shifts. It keeps my water cold throughout my shift , helping me to my hydration goals. Plus it’s cute!

I love the functionality of this bottle and all of its features but it unfortunately is not very durable. Less than 3 weeks after purchasing it, it dropped from about waist height and the bottom is dented super bad now. I'm surprised there is not more quality/durability testing done when creating these bottles. I submitted a warranty claim through the Owala site but they unfortunately were not very helpful as they said the damage was not covered. I am disappointed because otherwise I really love this bottle and would use it daily.

I love the sway owala! The handle is perfect! It keeps my water with ice for 2 days and i live in Texas🥵. Definitely would recommend it(and have. 3 of my coworkers now have one 🤣)

Keeping at 5 stars because the bottle is fine but leaving a review to warn that the color on the website is off for the Sleek colorway. On the 30oz bottle, it looks ice blue online. The 40oz bottle has the correct color— which is more like a slightly grey white with grey accents. It’s not what I was looking for. Adding screenshots of both bottle sizes and my own photo.

Doesn’t keep ice as long as my other owala products. I have submitted a warranty with Owala

Gave this as a gift to my sister and she absolutely loves it. I’m going to get one for myself based on how much she loves it! Doesn’t leak, perfect design.

Brand new bottle leaks like crazy when lid is closed and screwed on tightly.

Pros: Looks adorable, easy to carry, nice to drink from and fits in the cup holder in my car. Cons: doesn’t keep water as cold as others and a lot of parts to wash.

Doesn't keep anything cold, metal is thin and easily dents, overall bad quality for price I paid. So many better brands out there. I do not understand the hype.

Pros: - feels lighter - comes with a new lock feature - love the handle (i can hang my airpods on it! yay!) Cons: - Perwinkle colors are not as deep/bold/vibrant as the photos (the perwinkle is more of a light purple) - the weight proportions make it tip easier - feels like its going to break sooner

This water bottle has everything I was looking for. Easy to sip or chug, a handle and a spout lock so no more spills in my work bag!

I’m absolutely in love with my Owala. It’s not too heavy so it’s perfect for me to take on my walks. Doesn’t leak/spill. Keeps water cold.

I loved everything about this water bottle except for the sturdiness of it. Pros: functionally, it was everything I was looking for. I loved that it has a straw that is hidden so it’s not poking out. Has a lock so you can toss it into your bag without worrying about it leaking. The bottom is narrow so it actually fits in a cup holder. It’s tall enough to actually hold a good amount of liquid but not so tall that it is tippy like other cups. Cons: this bottle is not sturdy. I had it for two days before it slipped out of my hand in the parking lot and when it fell it scuffed the flip top and put a small ding in the side and chipped the powder coat. Bummer but not a huge deal. But then 6 weeks into owning it, it slipped from my hand and fell upright onto my hardwood floor from about 3 feet high, and the bottom smooshed out like a pancake. Now it won’t stand up because the bottom is too warped. I’m surprised at how much damaged that drop caused considering hardwoods are considerably soft floors. I have a couple S|M cups that have seen much more abuse and have virtually no dents/scuffs. I would recommend this only if you treat it very delicately.

Beware of the colors. It looks nothing like the midnight blue on the picture. It’s a dull navy. The top isn’t a vivid teal either.

Ice melts much easier in this bottle than the 30oz one with the original handle. I like the new handle design but I’m returning because the ice only lasts a few hours.

It fits in my cupholder! Can't beat the versatility of owala!

Ordered two different colors and both came with caps that were different from the pictures.

Great cup! Fits in my vehicle cup holders perfectly, unlike other cups of this size. Keeps my ice all day and does not leak when tipped over.

Product showed up dented. The bottle itself is awesome. The box it came in and the way it was packaged, not so much. The freight company and target need to do a better job at protecting their product
