They sent me the tango tango bottom with the wrong top it’s pink forest green and orange and it’s so ugly I am so annoyed and unfortunately I needed a water bottle so bad I couldn’t wait and deal with the return process.. so yeah bad experience won’t order a water bottle online from them again..

I ordered the color way shandy shores and received a bottle that had the correct bottom color but the wrong color way on the top( was the periwinkle top)—how did they mess this up? My husband had already removed the packaging and washed it for me without realizing I did not receive the correct color. I contact customer service to return in store and was sent an email back with a return mail label to print out—I don’t have a printer and I just had a newborn and this water bottle was supposed to be a little treat to myself to stay hydrated post partum, instead it became a headache and I’m so sad they couldn’t just send the correct color way top or allow me to return in store.

the periwinkle twinkle color is wayyyy lighter than it looks in the picture. more like a very light lavender and the rest of the colors are much lighter as well. otherwise love these bottles.
