I don’t have a proper before picture as I was skeptical. Both pictures were next morning after a shower. This shampoo absolutely saved my hair! Did two shampoos with it then went in with my normal routine. The frizz is gone, my hair feels and looks amazing. Absolutely recommend, plus it smells great!

Great shampoo inside a bottle that leaks all over my shower
This is a wonderful clarifying shampoo that leaves my hair so clean and free of residue. Unfortunately, the bottle design is so poor, it leaks all over my shower ledge. I would give the shampoo itself five stars, but the packaging is just so awful. Will not purchase again, unless the bottle design is improved.

Buy only if necessary. Try something else first.
The product is fine, but the bottle itself causes leakage. Half of the shampoo is gone and it makes a sticky mess. I've returned it twice, hoping it was just a one time issue. However, the bottle clearly does this each time. I'm not sure how anyone is satisfied with the product or the company. I have reached out several times and there is nothing they can do. They are aware of the issue based on other reviews I've seen and my reaching out. It's clear they don't really care about their customers.

LOVE but bottle SUCKS please fix it. I have been using this shampoo for four years and never had this issue until last year. I'm losing 20% of the bottle somehow. It's literally just gushing out of the bottle every single time. I don't want to switch products bc I love it but I am going to try something new this time bc I feel like I'm wasting money.

Terrible Bottle holds a Decent shampoo.
Really good shampoo but have to knock off a star because of the awful bottle. How does this thing manage to leak while upright??? Wastes so much product. It's literally running down my shower but is (and has always been stored) in a completely upright position since I started using it. I would have bought this product again but have changed my mind because of the mess and waste. It's almost amusing because it seems to be defying the laws of physics.

I really like this shampoo. It leaves my scalp feeling refreshed and clean. Doesn't weigh down my hair. I can use it without the need of a conditioner every time and my hair is shiny. Doesn't dry my hair or scalp. Very good quality. I'm 65 and it's the right shampoo for my needs. Happy i finally found the right one!

This is my favorite shampoo! The smell is excellent, it feels great on my scalp, and my hair and scalp just feel lovely after I use it. As a curly girl, I don't use shampoo every wash, but I do love this one.

I've been using this shampoo for a few years and my hair and scalp have never been happier and healthier, absolutely love it! I've got very fine hair and works magically to not weigh it down or make it tangly. I will say that the bottle, mainly the lid, is awful. It leaks and oozes out product after you've squeezed out what you need, completely wasting it. Sometimes the cap pops out totally. I commonly find a trail of shampoo all the way from the bottle on the shower caddy down the wall and a small puddle in the bottom of the shower. Quite annoying to have to clean that up all the time instead of washing my hair with it. Can we please just change that packaging?

That it works! After feeling like I ruined my hair for over a year and being unsatisfied with the Prose, Olaplex, BrioGeo all leaving me greasy and dry immediately after washing. This has been my miracle in a bottle for my fine thin hair. Prone to sweat with high physical activity and bad environmental factors, this has been gentle enough for daily use.
