This expensive reformer was not shipped in a crate which is industry standard. As a result, box has huge 24” wide by 6” tall holes and is caved in and can see and feel all the way through to product which has nothing protecting it. Leather/vinyl reformer mat is completely exposed by hole and the other hole exposes one of the black metal bar ls on the reformer. I cannot risk unpackaging it/taking straps off/tape off etc. It is too heavy to even lift into our vehicle. I have had neck surgery and my husband has had 4 back surgeries. We planned to take it inside piece by piece but now we cannot lift it into our car to return it.
