After year of owning this microwave, I can honestly say that this microwave is worthless!! You plate a cold plate and 4 min later the food is still some what cold.

If your product displays an error code, try unplugging it for 10 minutes and then plugging it back in to reset it. If the issue persists, we recommend seeking professional assistance from one of our authorized service centers.

Purchased Aug of 2023. Died yesterday. The "middle" door glass shattered overnight. There are 3 sections of glass Outside, middle, and inside. I don't claim to understand why 3 layers but the outside and inside are still perfect. The middle layer shattered line a vehicle windshield. Since it is out of warranty checked price to fix and found I would need to purchase the entire door assy for close to half what I paid for the microwave, and I would have to wait over a month for the part. This is obviously poor design (or build quality.) I have always been very gentile with door closure. This will be the last Panasonic product I purchase as this is just pathetic for such an expensive product. I really suggest you look elsewhere for a microwave. I would add pic's but the site is not allowing them!
