Directions wet area to be cleansed, apply acne wash and gently massage area for 1-2 minutes, rinse thoroughly and pat dry, because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with 1 application daily, then gradually increase to 2 or 3 times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor, if bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day, if going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product. If irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use of both products and ask a doctor.Other information

A: Not a make up remover. Cleanse first with another cleanser and follow up with this.

Q: Does this work with pimples ? I have so many pimples everywhere and can I use my cetaphil with this product. If not , what are my risk meaning does my acne get worse ?

A: PanOxyl acne washes contain benzoyl peroxide, which works to kill acne causing bacteria and helps prevent future breakouts from forming. Our washes can be used to treat acne on the face, chest and back. We offer acne washes containing benzoyl peroxide in 4% and 10% concentration levels so you can customize your routine based on your skin’s needs. Avoid contact with the eyes, lips and mouth. Skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time. If you have any concerns about a potential reaction, we recommend you consult your healthcare provider.

A: We don’t recommend using our 10% wash on sensitive skin because of the Benzoyl peroxide that we use in our acne washes. Using a wash that has Benzoyl peroxide may cause skin irritation. We recommend you contact your healthcare provider or dermatologist for any questions regarding the appropriate treatment.

A: PanOxyl Acne Wash can be used daily. Start with one application daily, then gradually increase to 2 or 3 times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. This acne wash can be used with a moisturizer.

Q: If you use this in the shower and rinse well, does it still stain fabrics? I used to use a topical Benzoyl Peroxide as a teen, and ruined a lot of shirts. However, I wasn't rinsing after applying.

A: As long as you rinse off all the product, you should not see bleaching on your clothes.

Wow. Had lots of forehead acne, some chin acne, and a big acne bump on my cheek. Used this at night and when i woke up it almost looked like i had clear skin. Minimized it so much. For the ones who say they breakout again to avoid that buy the clean and clear acne moisturizer and use daily and you'll basically have no acne at all or keep it extremely minimal depending on how much you have because it prevents it.

I use Panoxyl everyday and have been using it for months. It’s great for body acne as well as for the face. It’s not drying but benzoyl peroxide does bleach if it’s not washed off appropriately or you use a dark towel to take it off.

personally, this product is on and off for me. I use this every night, once a day and it works, but i end up breaking out again. Then, it gets rid of my acne then comes back. I recommend this product as it does work well but also recommend using a different product at the same time thay doesnt irritate skin when you use 2 acne medications at once.

I have rlly stubborn acne so when I wa looking for a product to use, I saw this. The reviews seemed pretty good, so I bought it. And after 2 days my acne's gotten a little better. Also my skins smoother. After you rub it all in it feels WEIGHTLESS and super easy to wash off. I would recommend 👍
