My husband and I really enjoyed this Pasta Roni Shells & White Cheddar! I browned some ground pork chops, and added cauliflower. I seasoned it to taste Mexican, and added some parmesan and Colby Jack cheese. It tastes so good! We were pleasantly surprised! Cheap, easy, and quick to make! I also used almond milk and coconut oil, instead of dairy milk and butter!

So this is a blanket review for all of the Pasta Roni products. I love using these because they are so versatile. They are quick and easy for an after school snack. They are great as a side item, alongside a delicious entree, or as a meal itself, by just adding your favorite ingredients. My personal favorites are spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes, along with either shrimp, chicken, or steak medallions.

The BEST boxed meal. My new local grocery doesn’t carry them so I grab them when I see them elsewhere. I’ve gotten compliments on it as my own and always surprise people when I tell them it’s a box.
