Sonicare Toothbrush 20X
This is my forth Sonicare electric toothbrush. I like the fact that this toothbrush cleans 20x better than manual brushing. My last Sonicare toothbrush cleaned 7x better than manual brushing. I like the fact that there are 2 separate push buttons; one for selecting type of brushing & another for on off mode. My toothbrush came with a number of extra toothbrush’s. Presently I’m using the one that is probably the most expensive. Please see photo I took. I really like this brush head! I rinse the handle of my toothbrush thoroughly after every brushing. I haven’t set up my toothbrush with my phone app yet. I hope this toothbrush last a minimum of 5 years. That’s how long my last Sonicare toothbrush lasted. I do recommend using a Sonicare toothbrush; your teeth are whiter, fewer cavities, less tarter buildup, overall better hygiene cleaning of your teeth. My hygienist always says my teeth look like “pearls”. I’m 78 years old and I can’t live without my Sonicare toothbrush!

Horrible quality control. Tho Customer sat superb
I have been using this same model for more than a decade, but I have to purchase a NEW ONE roughly every year as the same issue recurs -- the motor gets louder as the metal bar in the main body gets looser and eventually the brush no longer works. This last one only worked for 3 months before same thing occurred.

Do not buy - faulty battery
Just laid my second one of these toothbrushes to rest after a little over a year of working. It's a nice toothbrush when it's working, but one day it just stops functioning for no reason. This is the same thing that's now happened to me twice. The first time it happened Sonicare did replace the handle and I got another year of use, but now this one has also died. There's clearly something wrong with this product and the company has no other solution than a 30% off discount with free brush head for your money and time. DO NOT BUY!

Does not last more than 1 to 2 years
We have been Sonicare toothbrush users in the household for a long time. I’m getting fed up them and no way I’ll invest that much money again. It will not last past 1-2 years (especially close to warranty expiration). Trust me this happened to us twice. My son even used one of these and yes electric brushes are better than regular ones. Both of our brushes stopped functioning and mine sometimes vibrates / turns on out of blue on its own. It is not worth investing into it. We might go to $50 one and that is a max we would spend on Sonicare.

A great replacement for any of the competitors!

I like the DiamonClean brush head shape, as it allows me to get into corners that the competitor brush head does not!

The battery does last a very long time though, it’s quiet, and the app works amazing in correlation with your movements. I do love the technology that they put into it, though, you can tell a lot of thought and attention to detail is there.

The DiamondClean is more than a toothbrush, with a user friendly app it provides an experience that encourages improvement and wellness by providing feedback on your brushing. There are 5 different modes and 3 intensities to choose from, which makes this toothbrush incredibly versatile in meeting your needs and preferences. This package includes 6 brush heads, 2 tongue brushes, a usb charging travel case, a charging glass and stand. You can feel the quality when handling all items, especially the toothbrush itself. The battery life so far has been excellent, I charged it for a full 24 hours after taking it out of the box almost 3 weeks ago and that charge is still going strong. I am so happy with my experience.

The app is very easy to use and has shown me I was probably being too rough on my teeth. The battery lasts longer than my last electric toothbrush so worrying it will die in the middle of brushing hasn’t been a problem. I love the different heads as well as the tongue brush.

It looks like the highest end electric toothbrush I’ve ever seen and puts out old ones to shame. It’s so fancy and the colors make it look expensive. And it works great. Squeaky clean, love the app, beautiful packaging
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this toothbrush! I used to have an older version years ago and somehow they made it even better! I love how sleek the white looks with rose gold trim. I love that I can use an app to show me where I need to re-brush and if I’m brushing too hard. I love that it comes with multiple toothbrush heads and even a tongue scraper. It cleans my teeth so well and I find they feel clean through most of the day. I look forward to brushing everyday! I also love that it came with the travel case and charging cable attached in a compartment on the bottom! So much easier so I don’t have to look for my charging cable every time I travel! The only thing I don’t like is that I need to open up the app on my phone before starting to brush my teeth if I want to see my brushing recommendations. It’s a hassle and I wish it would just track as I go so I don’t have to remember to open the app every time. It’s not a huge deal at the end of the day. Almost forgot to mention the box was partially open when it came in the mail. Thankfully everything was still inside and it started up fine.
