If the product contained peanuts or tree nuts, there would be a statement by the ingredients list that states contains Peanuts or Tree Nuts. I used Bob's Red Mill egg replacer to make this as a gluten free, dairy free, egg free cake for a potluck. It was a hit and I didn't have any to bring home. One of the kids with an egg allergy went back for seconds because it was so good and they were excited to actually be able to eat dessert at a potluck. I had two people ask for the recipe because their kids with allergies enjoyed it so much. I'll definitely be buying this again! I used vegan butter, almond milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar to make a dairy free frosting and it turned out really well. This turned out great in two 9-inch round pans.

Excellent cake even though its gluten-free!! I followed the advice of an earlier review and the cake came out super moist and baked up nicely!! Instead of using water and oil that’s listed on the back, I used 1 cup of club soda and 1 stick of butter melted in the batter along with 3 eggs. It baked up nicely without caving in after cooling down and it was very moist with a nice buttery flavor! Looking forward to using this technique to make funfetti cupcakes next!

I honestly love love love the chocolate gluten free version from Pillsbury, but for some reason this one just taste awful. Even my daughter said it tasted more like eggs than anything. The recipe calls for three eggs-It definitely tastes really “eggy” and I love eggs. You just don’t expect eggs for dessert ha. I will not be getting this one again. Def Rec the chocolate one though!
