Bought this as new for a discounted price if I bought online and picked up in-store. Picked it up at the counter and the guy had already put it in a bag and said here you go! I took it and put it down on his counter and opened the bag to see that the seal on the box was opened. He proceeds to open and both the outer and inner boxes seals were broken. Hmmm. I don't know what happened here. I'll talk it over with my fulfillment manager and he handed it back to me. I guess he meant that would be a private buddy conversation later or none at all. Such a pain. People keep your grubby hands out of a new box or sell it as open box. I hate when you leave not knowing if you got a used or defective product. WHY would you open both boxes if it weren't? Pretty disgusted. Get with it, Target!

I liked a lot using it! The image was good, the response was fast. I felt a little bit dizzy while playing Resident Evil village. The only issue I had is that it stops working after a month or so for me. I already bought two units and both of them stopped working while using it on beat saber. I checked the cables and the connectors

A great product for teens. I am an adult and use it once in a blue moon. I notice it is for teens or younger… Great Picture and colors. It is worth more than a regular PlayStation 5. You are investing in a great product.

I bought the vr2 to play with my ps5 but when I connected to my ps, the remotes did not work. I called play station to figure it out and after 5 days I returned it to Target because the last solution PS could give me was "to send it to repair". That is crazy. The box was closed with the ps sticker but the product was bad.

Very poor, whilst it looks good and feels good, I tried 2 in as many weeks, the 1st one the left controller wouldn’t connect at all, the 2nd one they connected however when going into a game the tracking was there but the buttons were inoperable, whilst I was going to try for the 3rd time the prices reverted so I won’t be paying the high price again

Ordered this for a gift. Arrived packaged perfectly, opened shipping box only to find the Sony box had obviously been opened before. The seal was broken, the sides of the box were ripped on both sides. Headset was obviously opened before and tossed into box. No paper work, cords, or game code were in the box. Over $600 and this is how some employee packed something to be shipped out. Called Target and basically was told “sorry we will do better next time” huge waste of time and hassle for me to return this or try to get a replacement
