By combining powerful exfoliants and skin-soothing ingredients, these pads effectively clear pores, smooth fine lines, and balance texture, leaving your skin rejuvenated. These pads feature 5% Glycolic Acid, 5% Lactic Acid, and 2% Salicylic Acid. Alpha & Beta Hydroxy Acids: Exfoliates to improve skin texture and reduce fine lines. Glycolic & Lactic Acids: Deep cleans pores, preventing acne and dullness. Certified Organic Aloe Vera Gel: Soothes and heals, restoring the skin’s moisture barrier. For dry and sensitive skin, start by applying once a week. Normal and combination skin, it's recommend to use twice or three times a week to start. Those with oily skin and prone to acne breakouts, it is possible to use everyday or up to twice a day for best results.

Good product but customer service is slipping

This is my second jar of these peel pads, and they are a good pad for beginners. You can use day or night. Customer service is slipping, however. My order never shipped, and I had to contact them a week later. This is the second time this happened to me. I have ordered hundreds of dollars' worth of product from this company and feel like they should of made it right. For example-not charged shipping, free product, discount code etc. Nothing! Small businesses like this need customers like me that spend this much money and have girlfriends that spend equally as much.
