The fireplace is okay but I would not purchase it again. I would send it back but I don't want the hassle of repackaging it. The remote is flimsy. I inserted with the battery but the casing for the battery won't stay in place. Overall, I would not purchase this again.

Perfect fit on the wall

Beautiful and very warm!

We bought this to fill a 1950s fireplace that had been sealed with concrete. It does look great. I do have to mention how well it heats, though. On low it heats up the living room pretty quickly, but high is no joke! On high it turns my entire tiny house into a sauna in about an hour. The crackling sound is not bad, but I think it might be a little too loud to be realistic. Well, I can't complain, it's really great.

We have a wood burning fireplace in our apartment, but it doesn't work very well. It's filthy, smoky, and takes a lot of effort to light. So glad we found this faux fireplace. It fits perfectly and works very smoothly. It was beautifully packaged and shipped super fast. I love the different flame and sound options. The heat option is really quiet (I don't think we'll use it often). The faux flame effect makes me feel like Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland, which makes me like it even more. It looks very well made, and I hope it lasts a long time. The remote is also super easy to use.
