We only sell the most recent crop that is stored in a weather-controlled facility so that you can get maximum freshness, Natural products. Cooking: Sort the lentils and rinse them in water thoroughly. Soak in water as desired. When ready to cook, placed the soaked lentils in a pot in fresh water, and bring the water to a boil, cook based on the recipe you choose. Country of Origin: India"
