  • A: Hi Shanie, This unit does not have an AIR FRY feature, but rather a Crisping feature for reheating certain foods. Breaded items and pizza tend to come out soggy in standard microwaves. This unit enhanced the reheating to allow for less moisture. Thanks! Chefman Support

Love it!!

Perfect size for my apartment, it’s quiet, you can mute the beeping. Love that. I have the air fryer as well that is also shockingly quiet and love the rubber on the inside rack for easy dumping of the food!

Push button on front is black. Needs flashlight to see what you are looking for.

problem seems to be that the controls on the front panel are not lit up. They are black and you can't tell what you pushing. Is this a defect or normal I would like to know
