UAG Essential Armor Series iPad Air 11" (7-6th Gen, 2024-2025) Folio Case Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using UAG accessories for long time and wanted to try this case for my new iPad AIR. It looks awesome, high quality and Incan recommend.

This product is a mistake and should not be on your site at all! It is absolutely incompatible with the iPad when using the Apple Pencil! The case has a magnetic holder for the Apple Pencil, and when we remove the Pencil to use it, the iPad still thinks it’s attached to the case, causing it to malfunction. This issue can be resolved by slightly lifting the case off the iPad. Judging by the reviews, I am not the only one facing this problem, yet the manufacturer does nothing about it – shame!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a regular customer of the UAG brand for iPhone cases and love the design of their products, and the brand is known for being strong. However, when I tried to buy an iPad case to use with it, I had a terrible experience. The case did not work with the Pencil Pro charging, and I paid a lot more for it than other brands, but it did not work. I have claimed it twice with UAG but still got the same result. I have also asked for a return and refund, and they refused. I have wasted my money on something that does not work. I really hope you will continue to produce quality products, and I will not recommend anyone buy UAG for their iPad products anymore. UAG should have a better solution than this, where they have to shoulder the burden of making substandard products.
