Amazing price for the quality. I put this in the bathtub with my magnesium salts and they seem to enhance each other. It will turn your bathtub yellow so you'll have to bleach it out right after, but for me its worth it for the pain relief and skin benefits. Also tumeric applied to the skin has sun protective benefits. And of course I use this in recipes as much as possible as well.

Very fresh and convenient to use! I put it in my salad dressing daily. And, after my 3 day fast, my first thought was: "I sure do hope I have some homemade soup in the freezer to liberally sprinkle with my turmeric powder!"

I like it very much. It is fresh, I can smell it. I use it now in every dish that can improve with spices , together with cumin and curry. I know it is effective for inflammation so I use it a LOT. I am an elder and I determined much of my aches 'n pains were caused by inflammation throughout my body, & joints. A friend , larger, man, said combo of Tumeric & Bk. Pepper really helped his arthritis; he takes 2 x 2 =4 day. works for him. I use 00 caps, mix 1 'tablespn' black pepper with 2 'tablespn' of tumeric>the ratio.= 1 to 2.. & use organics. As supplement I take- 1 after breakfast & 2nd after dinner, = 2 daily. (5' 4" small, female, not thin, not fat ; ) Much better than ibuprofen, aspirin, or acetaminophen, which I needed to take to dull pain for sleep & occas in day. Did not like and did worry about daily use of them. So this is wonderful, Healthy., No joint pain!..and... I use in cooking, Great spice with -most anything. I hope this info helps you.

from this product. I must be one of the rare users of Turmeric Root Powder who did not receive any noticable effects. I also added black pepper to it but still no benefit. Glad it helps others, it just isn't for me.
