KT Tape, PRO Synthetic Elastic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 150 Count, 10” Precut Strips, Rage Red

I am a physical therapist. I swear by Ktape! It is medicinal!

I am totally allergic to adhesive. I use KT tape on my fingers and thumb for joint support for my RA. Better than having joint replacements in my fingers!! I have never had a reaction to stickiness. The only thing I learned the hard way, tip from my OT , do not touch sticky part at all while applying the tape. It disrupts integrity of tape. Highly recommended!

I started by ordering the small rolls and really enjoyed the quality of the tape as well as each strip was perfect out of the box. On the 150 strip pre-cut I’m noticing there are strips missing, strips that aren’t completely on the anti-adhesive side and they do not stick as long as the smaller box. Pretty disappointed.

This tape is great and really adheres well to the skin. I like the 10" strips as it's easier to deal with and I can cut them in half if I need a smaller one.

This was a gift for a person who is in love with this tape.

I could not continue to play tennis everyday without KT. It helps me maintain stability of shoulder and prevent re-imjury. 5 stars

Works great, stablizes my knee for workouts, I just wish it came off easier.

I wouldn't be able to function without the KT tape

I have an issue with my thumb joint on my left hand. I play golf 3-4 weeks per week and wouldn’t be able to play without KT tape. I wrap my thumb as suggested on your web site….it eliminates my pain and has saved me from having surgery on that joint. Thank you for making this awesome product available to us amateur athletes . I love KT tape!

This tape tears easily and does not offer equivalent support of cotton tape. Not worth the price IMO

KT Tape is remarkable. With my old knee injury it is at times in excruciating pain. I was sceptical but after using this tape it exceeded my expectations in not only providing support for my knee but that it significantly reduced the need for any pain medication. There are cheaper tapes out there but the keyword is cheaper - they just do not have the same performance that KT provides. KT has also invested in providing instructions in the smaller quantity boxes great for traveling or to the gym, and a remarkable web site with the videos how to apply the tape proper. That is the key to getting the best performance out of each application. I have used this tape for years, since before 2018 and it still always amazes me the degree in support and pain reduction that it provides and helps in healing.

At long last I’ve discovered a product that delivers as advertised.

If it weren't for KT Tape, there would be many days that I could not function. I am a walking advertisement for your product, and I tell everyone about it. I have osteoarthritis, tendinitis and bursitis, and thanks to KT tape I can still play pong and pickleball. I use it on my feet, knees, shoulders, quads, elbows and hands. Thank you for your product!!

Gave this to my boyfriend as a gift as he usually buys the smaller length of KT tape for wrapping his wrist for bowling and he goes through it quickly. He has tried this longer black roll several times now and has stated that it is not nearly as adhesive as the older KT tape he used to get. Unsure if it’s a new formula with the new design/packaging but it doesn’t even last 3 games before it starts falling off. He never had this issue before with the many rolls of KT tape he’s purchased over the past 2 years as they would stay on for 6+ games and then even overnight (the 20 precut strips KT Tape Pro that came in the orange box) . I also bought the blue 20 precut KT pro tape (in the now black and white box) at the same time and he mentioned he is having the same issue as he is with this black tape. KT, please go back to the old design because for some reason the tape worked better.

KT allows me to walk without knee pain. Gives my knees great support

Always buy the pro tape. Stays on longer and better. Lasts a good five days with showers. Keeps my torn shoulder swinging right along the golf course

Use it when I workout or exercise. It helps with my knee stability. Also helped my mother with a sprained ankle injury. Great product. The adhesive is very sticky

I can’t live with out this KT tape. It’s my lifeline to my dancing. I have had both of my medial meniscus in both knees removed! So I always tape my knees up before my coaching, practicing, social dancing and competitions . It’s the best for my knee support. Educate your yourself on how this tape works and how to apply to your area/areas you need support. Your active life will be so much more enjoyable if you can lessen or limit your discomfort with this KT tape!

I love KT tape and would be lost without it. I'm 65 am unable to take strong pain meds and have awful tendonitis. This year its been really bad because we were taking leaves in Dec when it was freezing cold. I am so thankful and I will never run out of it now!

The smaller rolls are stickier than this big roll.
