This soundbar set includes a 60W soundbar and a 60W subwoofer, with a total power of 120W. It is equipped with four high-performance driver units and a large-cavity subwoofer, capable of delivering powerful bass and seamlessly integrating dynamic surround sound to create a full-house sound effect, providing an immersive and thrilling experience for music, movies, and games (especially action scenes). Supports three equalizer modes for news, movies and music, as well as bass adjustment. With a remote control, you can customize the auditory experience to ensure balanced and full sound. It adopts Bluetooth 5.0 wireless connection and ARC/OPT/AUX wired connection, making it easy to adapt to devices such as TVS and computers, and quickly complete the setup. Package Included: 1x Detachable Sound Bar, 1x Subwoofer, 1x Power Adapter, 1x ARC Cable, 1x Optical Cable, 1x 3.5mm AUX Cable, 1x Remote Control (no battery), 2x Bases. When in use, please pay attention to the TV audio output Settings and interface adaptation. When using ARC or optical fiber connection, please set the TV audio output to PCM. When you encounter a situation where Bluetooth connection fails and cannot be established, you can try to press and hold the volume down key for 8 seconds in the disconnected state of Bluetooth mode to restore the factory settings and then reconnect.

  • A: Hello Eric. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting the soundbar to your LG TV and we're here to help you get it working! This is a common issue that's almost always solvable. Let's troubleshoot step by step. The most reliable connection is usually via an HDMI cable (using ARC/eARC). Step 1: Check the Physical Connection Best Method: Use the included HDMI cable. Plug one end into the soundbar's HDMI (ARC or eARC) port and the other into your LG TV's HDMI (ARC or eARC) port. This port is usually labeled on the TV. Alternative Method: If you are using an Optical cable, ensure it's firmly plugged into both the soundbar's "OPT" port and the TV's "Digital Audio Out (Optical)" port. Step 2: Check the TV's Audio Settings This is the most crucial step for LG TVs. On your LG TV remote, press the Settings button (gear icon). Go to Sound > Sound Out (or "Audio Output"). Select "HDMI ARC" if you used an HDMI cable, or "Optical" if you used that cable. Your TV will not send sound to the soundbar until this is set correctly. Step 3: Test the Soundbar's Input Mode Press the "Source" or "Input" button on the soundbar's remote to cycle through the modes. Make sure it's set to "HDMI" or "OPT" to match your cable connection. Buyer beware

Stopped working after 1 day. Contacted their customer support and received no response so I returned (which was easy through Target, I should mention). Just FYI, if you are thinking of buying this, one thing not shown in the pictures is the bright light-up ring in the center of the soundbar whose color indicates what input its on, which can be quite distracting and unsightly when watching TV.

System arrived on time, took approximately 10 minutes to setup. Sound quality is awesome, voice adjustments are simple and effective. We have vaulted ceiling in our familyroom. Sound fills the area evenly. I would highly recommend this unit!
