A Lack of Quality Control

Parts were missing: 1) the knob that secures the bearings- Instructions for setup warn you not to use if the knob is not put in place 2) two hand held tension ropes Plus the box looked to have been opened and re-sealed like a previous return. The premise of it sounds good but unable to test it out. The plastic foot position is ok but a bit on the flimsy side and may wear or break over time.
