One thing I can say, this sure is soup! Chicken broth, mild herbs, warm and cozy dumplings. This is for when you're craving chicken noodle but want a few more substantial bites. The carrots are kind of mushy, but they are still a fresh, bright orange color. You'll likely want to add a little salt and pepper of your own to up the flavor, but if you want soup this will do just nicely.

My all time favorite!

This is my all time favorite chicken soup when it comes to canned soups! No contest, hands down winner. Those spices are really elevate the flavor to another level. I've been cooking and baking for 40 years and I only do canned foods when I'm in need of a single serve, quick warm-me-up comfort soup. I have tried many brands and flavors over the years, but none of them reached 'favorite' status. It was just convenient to dump a can of chicken soup into the shopping cart for those days when you don't want to cook a whole pot of food for hours just to have a single bowl of soup. Now, every time I shop I put a few cans into the basket to restock.
