Damaged and no help from customer service. Not worth the trouble
Arrived damaged and customer service has been a nightmare, they keep scheduling a pickup return and replacement but every time it doesn’t happen and I call back there is never any record of previous customer service. Weeks have passed!

Damaged and Customer Service was terrible!
Arrived damaged. Called three times and spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the problem and it’s still being worked on. I should’ve read the reviews, looks like it arrives damaged quite frequently. It was a gift for a 4 year old and very disappointing for her to not be able to use it!

Like many others I ordered 3 and all 3 were damaged. Such a cute closet to keep all of my daughter's doll's clothes and accessories organized but too costly to justify keeping a damaged item. Like others have suggested, they have to package this better! i do NOT recommend ordering this for mailing.

The closet is so cute but it arrived damaged. The top was busted. This was delivered to my door in just the toy box-no packaging to protect it. This could easily be fixed with better shipping packaging.

Cute item but horrible packaging from manufacturer, item is shipped inside the cardboard box with no protection to the wardrobe. The item is then shipped from Target (as advertised) in original packaging. I ordered this item 2x - one before Christmas as a gift and again when it came back in stock in January. Both items arrived with damaged boxes, which caused the wardrobe to be damaged in those corresponding spots, additionally the wardrobe was damaged in spots that the box was not damaged!! Do not buy unless you buy in store and open the box to verify that wardrobe isn’t damaged.

If it didn’t come broken, this would be great. I’ve ordered this twice now & both times it has been delivered in horrible condition. For how pricey it is, you’d think it would either be built better or be shipped in better packaging.

I would like to buy this but our family is boycotting Target. Am leery about poor shipping/ packaging issues. Target is a terrible company. Please make this available as a direct purchase with improved packaging from your company.

I've purchased this item three times, and each time it’s shipped only to me—no alternatives. And let me tell you, each time it arrives in the worst possible condition, just your plain original packaging with zero protection—no bubble wrap, nothing! It’s absolutely unacceptable. The item has arrived broken in multiple places every single time. Honestly, I’m left wondering if this product is just shoddily made to begin with, or if FedEx has no idea how to handle packages without smashing them to pieces. This is beyond frustrating—it’s downright infuriating to pay good money for something that’s constantly trashed upon arrival.
