Not my first choice for hot sauce

Well, I found out that this hot pepper sauce , made by Origional Louisiana Sauce - IS THE BOMB. Alot more flavor , that is for sure ! After trying some of it on different dishes that I have made, including scrambled eggs, it tastes great - and does make whatever it is you put it on really just PoP ! Very tasty condiment - AND a new staple for my cupboard and refrigerator !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solidly good and versatile product. It’s amazing on fried catfish. It’s very vinegar forward so it’s really a perfect paring between the fish and the spicy, tangy, vinegar sauce. A dash in some chili is nice as well. You really could do anything with this sauce. It’s got some heat that lingers but it’s not so overpowering that I can’t taste my food. I am not the biggest spicy food eater so that is a necessity for me. I love that it still comes in a glass bottle, like most hot sauces, but I do see more plastic these days than I used to. I really like this product, I would absolutely consider it a staple pantry item.

The flavor was pulling more on the vinegar side, which I wasn’t a big fan of. The heat was very subtle in my opinion. I think this is best paired with breakfast items. A must to your plate

I was about to buy one cause in this house we cant eat without hoy sauce of course.. i usually like this kind to eat with my plantain chips.. Versatile medium hot sauce
