Oh my gosh this is the most disgusting salmon I’ve ever had…can’t taste any seasoning that I put in, but you can guarantee on it tasting super fishy. My salmon patties were also mushy; The taste made me nauseous so I threw the whole plate in the trash. I will stick to the can brand that I usually buy. These belong in the garbage!

Good protein
High protein and low cal for only $1. I use this for meal prep with wild rice, brussel sprouts + coconut aminos, and Japanese sweet potato. I’m a little iffy about the “wild-caught” salmon claim though. I usually see the ingredients specifically say “wild-caught salmon,” if that’s what it is. Also the color is very pale. Just curious about that.
