Q: HOW DO I GET THE MACHINE TO WASH THE CARPET? I HAVE THE OLD BISSELL PRO HEAT 2X. WHAT SETTING IS THE MACHINE SUPPOSE TO BE ON?

A: Thanks for your question, Becky! To wash your carpet with the ProHeat 2X, make sure the tank is filled with water and formula, then set the dial to “Clean” or “Heavy Traffic” depending on how deep a clean you need. Recline the handle, turn the machine on, and press the trigger while making slow passes over the carpet. Release the trigger to suction up the water and help the carpet dry.
