Classic and Crisp!
The best water out there, crisp flavor and classic will always go for Poland Spring instead of any other other water bottles. Even though the price point is higher than other brands, it is always worth going for Poland Spring!

I pulled up at 6 PM to pick up my order and he realized he forgot my 2 gallons of Poland Springs. I waited over 20 minutes until I flagged another person asking where did he disappear to. She had to run back and get my 2 gallons of water and I pulled away at 6:25 PM which is absolutely ridiculous.

My first ever drive up order because it’s during my baby’s nap time and it was HORRIBLE. I ordered 2 jugs of poland spring water - simple enough. Both of them the caps and tops are smashed in and I asked if I could have different ones and the woman rudely says no this is why was picked for your order. C’mon really? I don’t not recommend.

Hard to hold
This is 3/4 gallon, which is fine but it’s not that easy to hold if you want to fill a kettle or a cube tray. A gallon is easier to pour from because it has a handle so I pour these into gallon jugs that I save.

Poor Drive Up Experience
I ordered 10 water jugs through Target’s Drive Up service, and 4 of them were badly crushed. The bottles are misshapen to the point that pouring water causes it to spill everywhere, which is both frustrating and a sanitation concern. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue. It honestly makes me wonder whether damaged items that wouldn’t sell in-store are being fulfilled through Drive Up orders instead. That’s especially troubling, since these heavy, deformed bottles would be very difficult for elderly customers to handle safely. Water is an everyday essential, and customers should expect it to arrive intact and usable. I really hope Target improves quality checks for Drive Up orders going forward.
