A: This IS for the foaming hand soap dispensers. The directions under the “drug facts” tab tells you. They should make this fact more obvious, but it works as it should in the correct pump.

A: This item is not a body wash, it is a hand soap refill. Normally, hand soap is reccomended for hand washing only, not to be used as a body wash.

A: Don't know! Perhaps because this is antibacterial and body wash usually doesn't specifically say that? Although soap and water is antibacterial, I suppose. I suppose you could use this as body wash but it is a thinner consistency than body washes usually are.

A: While you can use hand soap as a body wash, you would find that, due to less surfactants, your skin would feel less clean and have less suds. Also, there is less fragrance in the hand soap.

A: Dial forming hand soaps and Dial liquid hand soaps have slightly different formulations.

A: This is NOT for the foaming Dial dispenser. It’s a liquid gel unlike the liquid foam refill. I have four of these that I now have to return. August 2025
