Expired and Nasty
I don’t live near a Target, so I typically order online. I recently purchased a bag of Mounds, and when it arrived, I noticed the chocolate had a white, chalky coating. That prompted me to check the expiration date, and the candy was six months past its due date. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering this item online from Target.

I recently tried the Mounds Dark Chocolate and Coconut bars and they did not disappoint! If you love coconut, this one is a classic. The coconut filling is super soft and moist, not dry at all, and it has that perfect sweetness. The dark chocolate coating balances it out so it is not overly sugary — it gives it a richer, slightly bittersweet taste that I really like.
