Description

Four simple ingredients, one naturally delicious fry. Simply made food is simply the best. When you start with high quality potatoes cut with the skin on, you don't need much to improve upon one of nature's most delicious sides.

Cooking Instructions:
Air Fryer Prep: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Fill air fryer basket no more than half full. Cook half bag for 10-12 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time.

Oven Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread frozen potatoes evenly across an 11"x17" lined baking sheet. Bake according to the chart below, turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. Full Bag: 20-22 minutes. Half Bag: 16-18 minutes.

  • A: Yes, they have seed oils in this and in the sweet potatoes. When opening the bag, you can smell the mechanical oil.

    I used to love these but I don't remember canola oil ever being in them before.. they are suddenly very greasy and a little off. Not sure when the canola oil was added but it ruins them.

    How can a company which makes the best french fries ever under the "Idaho" label, make something like this? I"m sorry but the Alexia french fries taste like wet paper. I'm making the rest of the bag and taking them out to the field behind me for the coyotes. Hopefully, they will be hungry.

    Bring back Yuckon Gold and/or Crinkle Cut Fries

    The Yukon Gold and the Crinkle Cut fries were both superior to these. The House Cut Fries are thin and full of less thank desirable pieces (end pieces, pieces that are mostly skin, etc.). I can only imagine that the House Fries cost a great deal less to produce, but we miss the larger and more delicious versions.

    Pretty Good

    Had these for dinner and ended up liking them! They seemed “healthier” than other brands, so I thought I’d end up not being a fan. However, I’d definitely buy them again! They came out crispy in the oven and I added some ketchup afterwards. I’d rate them a 9/10.

    Bad oils.

    It says NON GMO, only 4 ingredients but it has the worst oils which are vegetable oil, canola oil and other oils. Terrible. I felt so bloated and then read the bag. Do not buy it!

    I bought these last week,, broken small pieces, very oily, horrible taste. I had to try these because I use to buy the Yukon gold fries and I can no longer find them. Please bring back the Yukon gold fries, we loved those.

    Simple & delicious

    I was very happy to find an Alexia product with minimal ingredients. I typically cannot have frozen fries due to additives used and can only eat a few specific brands. I tried these and was truly impressed; I love that the skins are still on, and I prefer thin-cut fries so that is great too! These will be my go-to frozen fries from now on.

    Just love these Franch Fries

    these are great - I also make French fries from scratch - best way to cook is in hot oil - for first cooking (don't let them get very brown and then when ready to serve - back into hot oil till golden brown and serve. Nice short cut - if I do not have time for home made from scratch (as raw potatoes fries need to soak in cold salt water for at least 6 hours to pull the starch out). Love these and now I'm going to try your onion rings and see if they are as good.

    Why would Alexia get rid of the "Roasted" Fries?.. They were a great alternative to "French Fries" that are fried..... Will they ever bring them back? They definitely should!!!!!
