Q: Will they stick to rough outdoor stucco?
A: Hello. Command products stick best to smooth surfaces. If the surface is rough, there is less for the adhesive strip to stick too so the weight limit can diminish.

Q: Can these attach to ceilings ?
A: Thank you for asking! We have not tested this product for ceiling applications and will be up to you to decide if you wish to test. Along if the ceiling is flat and smooth, enough room to stretch the strip 10" and the item hanging is less than a 1/2lb. Q: can these be applied ion cold weather? Under 32 degrees Fahrenheit?
