The Thai Kitchen noodles are very good. The box had damage fromt the delivery. An unprotected box of noodles inside a delivery box with 4 jars is not a good way to pack items. Items move around during delivery. Target must pack better.

Plastic Noodles???
I have heard of plastic rice coming out of China but seldom eat or buy rice so didn't think much more about it. I have since thrown out the box of Thai Kitchen stir-fry rice noodles came in so I don't know if it would have said the source of the rice. However, the rice was very difficult to get off the pan during washing. Very hard. Then a day or so later when I washed the kitchen table linens, also covered in the rice noodle mess from my gang of messy eaters here,...I was shocked to find fully formed rice noodles after a HOT normal wash and high spin.

Noodling around
Tasty noodles for Thai and other Asian-inspired dishes. It can take a bit of trial and error the first time to find the exact timing for soaking to ensure you get the noodle firmness/tenderness you desire (esp if you plan on sauteeing after soaking), but the results are tasty and these noodles do a good job of soaking up whatever sauce or flavorings are in your final mix. Would be great if target also carried a wider style of rice noodle, as these are a bit on the narrow side. Great that they’re gluten free.

They are so easy to make and we’re NOT sticky at all love the taste of these Thai noodles my favorite. Weird sensation in nose/throat when cooking
When I was cooking this I had a weird sensation in my nose and throat like I was inhaling chemicals or something gritty. The texture wasn't what I expected. It wasn't terrible but it had a dense feel more similar to wheat pasta and I expected something more similar to glass noodles. The taste was lackluster.
