    Was my favorite snack but with the new recipe change these are HORRIBLE NOW!!! Go back to the original. They taste like raw flour now. I will not be buying anymore until this is fixed.

    New recipe is the worst!

    Why did you change the recipe?!?! I used to buy these every week, they tasted so yummy, and were my favorite snack. Everything about them has changed, and this new recipe tastes horrible! Please make them like you used to, the original recipe. I won’t buy these again, I’m very annoyed!!

    What corporate jackal had so much time on their hands that they thought 'Hey you know the Pita chips everyone loves? Yeah, what if we made them bad'. Change it back, find a hobby, and don't mess with the pita. I hope someone quotes this review in the meeting where the new recipe rollout gets discussed. IT'S NOT GOING WELL. CHANGE IT BACK.

    Bring back the old pita crackers!!

    Why did you change the recipe?! They are now extremely flat and hard. Like a wheat thin, but without any flavor. We eat them several times a week and now we won’t eat them at all, unless they’re changed back.

    Recipe change

    These were my favorite crackers. The recipe has changed. They're thinner. They no longer taste buttery. They no longer have bubbles. I won't be buying them again.

    Dog biscuits.

    I bought a box to have with some hummus and as soon as I opened them the disappointment set in. They don’t even look like the image on the box and we taste everything with our eyes first. They are flat with no texture, and calling them flavorless and bland barely scratches the surface. I ate a small handful and gave the rest to my dogs. They liked them so maybe Town House just missed their calling.

    Horrible Chips!!

    I agree with all the other bad reviews of the Sea Salt Pita Chips. Why change a great product? I was shocked just now when my daughter visiting me in Florida and I decided to have a snack with our favorite chips only to be disappointed with your new chips!! They are terrible. Flat and tasteless! Bad move!!!

    Please bring back the old recipe! The new one is awful. They are flat, can't even taste the sea salt, and seem a little smaller, similar to snacking on cardboard. Bad move. However I noticed the picture on the box is still the same .....hmmmm, Please bring back the old style. I buy these weekly, I think I'm going to find something else now.

    new recipe, no good

    i bought a new box this week and the crackers are a completely different texture than before, no longer nice and bubbly and crisp, just a different cracker entirely. old recipe was great please bring it back

    Horrible new recipe. Huge disappointment.

    Can't enjoy these anymore with the new recipe

    These were my safe food for many, many years—I'm overly familiar with their original recipe. They were aerated and crisp, had a really addictive crunch. Ever since the beginning of this month (April 2026), they started showing up flat and dimpled, as if improperly leavened. The taste is more like a stale Wheat Thin. I thought I'd gotten a bad batch, but I guess this is their new recipe? I'm so sad I can't eat enjoy these anymore, they were my absolute favorite snack.
