Bayer Aspirin Low Dose Chewable Tablets can help protect your heart by helping to prevent a second heart attack when taken as directed by your doctor. Aspirin is not appropriate for everyone, so be sure to talk to your doctor before you begin an aspirin regimen. Each low dose aspirin tablet contains 81 mg aspirin and can be taken to help reduce the chance of a second heart attack by 31%. With 81 mg of low dose aspirin per tablet, Bayer Aspirin Low Dose Chewable Tablets are made for adults to help prevent another heart attack or ischemic stroke. Conveniently chewable for those who have trouble swallowing, each 81mg aspirin tablet is also caffeine and sodium-free. Bayer Aspirin also provides relief
of minor body aches and pains. When taking for pain, take 4 to 8 tablets every 4 hours with a full glass of water. Do not exceed 48 tablets in 24 hours. Use as directed

The chance is higher if you: are age 60 or older,have had stomach ulcers or bleeding problems,take a blood thinning (anticoagulant) or steroid drug,take other drugs containing prescription or nonprescription NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or others),have 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product,take more or for a longer time than directed.

Do not use

Do not use: if you are allergic to aspirin or any other pain reliever/fever reducer,this product for at least 7 days after tonsillectomy or oral surgery unless directed by a doctor,if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.

Ask a doctor before use if

Ask a doctor before use if: stomach bleeding warning applies to you,you have a history of stomach problems, such as heartburn,you have high blood pressure, heart disease, liver cirrhosis, or kidney disease,you are taking a diuretic,you have asthma.

Directions

Drink a full glass of water with each dose. Talk to your doctor or other healthcare provider before using this product for your heart.

Take 4 to 8 chewable tablets every 4 hours not to exceed 48 tablets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor.

    This brand can never do anything wrong for me the best pain reliever it’s truly effective it don’t leave a bitter taste in your mouth , the bottle isn’t an over sized bottle it’s tiny ..     Been using this aspirin for years, have like it, but now, checking the ingredients, I am not appreciating that with each tablet I am taking in industrial dyes. And aluminum, no less. Ugh.

    Great product!

    This is a great product with a good flavor. It is great to use if your doctor has prescribed an aspirin every day. Alot of people actually prefer the chewable over the enteric coated aspirin you can get.

    Great flavor

    I took these daily while I was pregnant with my last baby. He is now 7 months old. I bought several bottles as they are very affordable and easy to travel with. The flavor was good, not medicine tasting like others and chewable.
