Honestly very heavy on my hair and dried it out. Hair will come out in clumps in the shower more than usual. I just switched it out and went to olaplex just to help it for a while since this has been wayyy to harsh for some odd reason had high hopes. Not good for low porosity hair!!

My favorite conditioner from this brand because of the oils it includes. I feel like this gives the most hydration out of their products without being too thick in consistency. If your priority is hydration, this is a solid choice for the price. Wish that this conditioner came in a bigger size.

This conditioner is a creamy one that easily adsorbs into the hair and keeps it moisturized. It’s thick so a lot is not necessary. Smells quite nice as well. The pump dispenses enough that you need per section of hair (if you section when washing hair). Definitely worth it.

I have been using Shea Moisture products for almost a decade now. They make my hair feel amazing and knowing what is in my products is the biggest perk of all. I recently bought some this conditioner and the new pump wouldn’t pop up for use. I have never had an issue opening the pumps before and ended up injuring myself with the pump breaking as a result. I have since put the old pump from the previous packaging on and it’s working. Please look into this. Sincerely, A long time fan

So, surprisingly, my hair didn’t mind this. I have 3C hair, but it’s rather fine and typically doesn’t do well with heavier oils like shea butter. I bought at least 3 bottles because it DID leave my hair soft without too much weigh down. However…it left me with the WORST clogged shower drain in the history of plumbing. I mean 3-4 rounds of liquid plumber, then 3-4 rounds trying other brands, etc. I finally just had to break a wire hanger and just start scraping the insides of the drain to try to break up the clog and residue. After that, I went clarify my hair. I use sulfate-containing shampoo every time I wash my hair anyway, so maybe be careful if you’re trying to do sulfate free. I can’t imagine something “gentle” working long term to keep the oils in this from building up and clogging your pores.

Worst conditioner I've tried yet. Don't understand how this is marketed for my certain hair time and it does NOT do the job at all. Says there's 2 oils but it feel like there's no kind of oil at all. "Hydration" on the label is misleading. This made my hair routine last way longer than it should have.
