Much cheaper in store
I love these tomatoes, they’re a staple in my pantry. I went to order them in a drive up and thought the price increased, but needed them regardless and the fire roasted version isn’t available at any of my local grocers. Ultimately, I ended up doing my shopping in the store instead, only to find that this can of tomatoes was just shy of $2 cheaper in store. Not sure why the price discrepancy, but happy I saved some money on a great product!

Muir Glen is the Gold Standard!
Coming from an Italian family: Muir Glen products including the crushed tomatoes are the best. When I couldn’t find my normal brand during the pandemic, I asked my mom, who has been making sauce for more more years than I, if Muir Glen was good. She said it’s EXCELLENT. So, with that, I bought some and this is my preferred brand. It is The Best for sauce, stews, soups, etc. (Now if only my Target would stock the whole line and keep it stocked, I would be so happy.) If you can find it, buy it, and may I also say Target curbside is an excellent and easy way to get it.

I purchased this during the early days of the pandemic because all of the Target brand (and other brands) of crushed tomatoes were sold out. Since then, I've never gone back! The taste of this is unreal! It's so good and fresh, and I use this as the base to my tomato sauces. I just add some seasonings and it's perfect everytime. Highly recommend giving this a try!
