A rip off (pun intended)
Melissa & Doug pulling their own version of 7.5oz of chips in a 12oz bag. They downsized the width to 17”, not the original 18”, assuming to save costs but still charge the same price. So anyone with a deluxe easel now has larger borders on the paper to get covered with paint. Another lowly move to raise profits at our expense. Not buying from them again, if we can help it.

Melissa & Doug cutting corners
Paper has apparently been downsized from 18” to 17” in width for same price. Not cool M&D. Don’t appreciate new lack of concern for value on this, (as well as the deluxe magnetic easel & a wooden puzzle). Will look to other manufacturers in the future.

Frustration-full Packaging
This paper is fine but the problem is the packaging. They have managed to create “frustration-full” packaging for these paper rolls. They have secured them with little bits of tape that if you try to remove, you realize it is double sided and all you do is remove the backing. You have to literally tear into the roll with your fingernails until it’s all undone. Absolutely frustrating packaging. It’s 2023, shouldn’t you be putting some consideration into this by now????

Nice paper
This is great paper! We use it on our easel or to make large banners or anything where we need oversized paper. We’ve also been using it to make games like “pin the cherry on the icecream” etc because they roll up nice & easy when you’re done! This paper can get a little water logged if saturated with too much paint/watercolors as kids tend to do, but if you handle it carefully it’ll dry just fine. It’s really fun to roll this paper out on the driveway in the summer & let all the kids draw or paint.

Disappointing
I was disappointed in the quality of this paper. It was thin, difficult to cut without tearing, and not the quality I expect from Melissa and Doug. We are homeschooling preschool so we use a lot of this paper, and I’m not looking forward to using up all three rolls
