Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste; remove cap; pour 10 milliliters into cap (10 mL mark on inside of cap); do not fill above 10 mL mark; vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out; do not swallow the rinse; do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing; instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing); supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.Children Under 6 Years of Age

This is my favorite mouthwash it does not burn my mouth with a strong mint flavor like many other brands have. My dentist says this is a great product. I would recommend for anyone. I also appreciate how target is constantly putting this item on sale and is it a great price.

Great & Affordable!
I personally love this mouthwash. I’ve used fancier ones like TheraBreath and hated spending so much money on mouthwash thinking I needed it to help my gums. My dentist recommends this one and so far I have no cavities (genetically predisposed to them). I also have receding gums and using this twice a day seems to help a ton. It does not increase tooth sensitivity either. It does burn a little bit, despite the zero alcohol but it’s tolerable and goes away after a few seconds. At night I barely rinse it out so it can sit on my teeth overnight, and after 6 months dentist cleared me for no cavities or continued recession! Yay!

Extreme burning and way too minty in comparison to other ACT zero alcohol mouthwashes. Made the mistake of mixing this one up with total care, never again. Would not recommend. Every time I use it, I get this weird film left in my mouth.

Great product
This tastes a lot better than the blue version with alcohol. I like that this doesn't have alcohol. My dentist recommended this because my teeth were sensitive and this helped make that sensitvity go away. It also helps keep my breath fresh a lot longer than when I don't use it. So far no cavities too. I don't know if it actually "restores" anything but I hope it does. :) Color looks a little artificial but not as bad as the blue one. Great product.
