This is the Digital Remastered Version
This remastered version of David Bowie’s “Ziggy Stardust” is not the 2015/2016 master based on the 2003 master tape transfer, so it is a digital transfer. When purchasing, I was under the impression that it was the master tape source version (I believe it was advertised as 2016/Parlophone). When I did an A-B comparison with my 99’ CD digital remaster, they sounded exactly the same, only with the typical differences between mediums (CD quieter and brighter, vinyl darker and slightly softer in the mids).
