Overall this is a great storage ottoman. The hinge is sort of soft close, which is nice. We use it to store blankets. I would say that the upholstery isn't perfect as ours had some wrinkles on the bottom, but it doesn't bug us. I love that it comes 100% assembled!

This item did not require any assembly and came out the box ready for use. The color was exactly what I was looking for. I love how the lid has a hydraulic system on it and automatically lifts and stays open on its own. It makes it safe for my kids to use for their toys and also doubles as a bench for them to read.

Bought this storage bench for the living room to put my grandsons toys in & hide the clutter. I love the size & height of this bench. The color is beautiful. One negative is that it's a hard seat, maybe in time it will give a little but this was a great buy.
