Ordered 2 pkgs of Oatmeal Raisin cookiesthrew both in garbage (1 unopened) raisins were hard and tasted burnt. Cookie was mostly flour and sugar. Where's the Oats?

One bag sent open.....
Out of two bags of Tate’s cookies that arrived (in their own little box) the bag of Oatmeal was wide open. The other one, a seasonal flavor of white chocolate and raspberry was closed nice and tight. Someone intentionally opened the other bag. I don’t appreciate that at all. I wiped down the 2 sealed packs inside of the bag with a disinfectant wipe. My guess is that someone thought they could gain easy access to the cookies if they just opened the bag (an easy thing to do) then once open the realized the cookies were sealed in plastic. Don’t think I’ll be purchasing these from you anymore.

Yes it's a crunchy cookie. And yes the package states that. Expect the crunchiness of a chips ahoy or Oreo but also expect a better cookie than either of them. I taste the oatmeal and raisins. I tasted a little butter maybe some flour. Taste like a cookie that I bought in a fancy little bakery and let it sit on the counter for a couple of days before enjoying. It's crunchy. It's good.

Thin, uniquely crispy, and flavorful!
Let me start off by saying that I typically prefer a somewhat softer cookie. With that being said, the first time I tried them I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it’s much crispier than my preference, they’re still delicious. Kinda aggravating that people complain about how they’re not soft, when it clearly reads on the bag that it is “uniquely crispy” and that’s exactly what they are. Flavor is on point. These cookies are thin and light in texture and pack a flavorful punch. Lastly, in comparison to other cookies and competitors, 130 calories for two satisfying and flavorful cookies is a win in my book. Satisfies your sweet tooth without the guilt. I highly recommend

Love all of Tates GF cookies but the Blondies are terrible They are dry too sweet and the walnuts dont enhance the flavor Hope that the recipe is reworked Was so looking forward to eating these
