Bottle is too hard to use
I didn’t get to use enough of this bottle to see its long-term results because it was so hard to use. I’m a young adult with no hand mobility issues and I had to brace the bottle against a wall to get the product out. The scent was fine, but a bit strong.

Great Product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product smells great! It has a thick consistency and you don't need a lot to moisturize your hair even for long hair which mine is. I used a lot first time and it moisturized my super dry color tested hair more than a lot of products I've tried. My hair is very soft afterward and the softness lasts several days. I definitely recommend this product.

Almost a deep conditioner!
This conditioner is so silky and smells so good. It works through my hair evenly and I don't feel like I need to try to coat every strand because it's so thick and just sort of gets to every hair I put it on. It doesn't leave hair sticky or weighed down, but it's almost as good as the deep conditioner I use from the same company. I absolutely adore the smell of it. Highly highly highly recommend.

Stay away!
I used this with the Volume Shampoo sold by Raw Sugar for about two weeks and it irritated my scalp, dried my hair out, and I experienced significant hair thinning and shedding. It took nearly a month for my scalp to recover and I can’t get back the hair I lost. I still have days where my scalp flares up and that was never something I dealt with before. After reading reviews, I tried just using the conditioner since maybe the shampoo was the culprit. This conditioner did not soften my hair, just left it dry and limp. I finally tossed the conditioner as well, and would not recommend this brand at all.

Impossible to Get Conditioner Out of Bottle
This is not a great product for thick, wavy hair. Smells nice. But the most infuriating thing is that it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get anything out of the bottle. I store it upside down and have to sometimes use two hands to squeeze some out of the bottle. This was an issue from the get-go, when the bottle was full. I’m tossing the rest, it’s not worth the hassle.
