Lorna's book, along with all of her other ones, are genuine, from the heart, and easy to read. Her authenticity is indisputable and although one may think this book is a "How to" book, it actually is filled with stories (and guidelines of course if you are interested) and reads like a memoir. If you have been thinking of or are just curious about this book, I implore you to buy it because it is truly not something you want to miss. Lorna is a wonderful and fantastic person wiith a one-of-a-kind story and it would do good to listen to her.

When we are born this book should be put into the basket they take us home in; absolutely essential information about life and how to navigate the complexities of it with love and compassion. This is the third book of Lorna's that I've read and she is absolutely delightful, I always feel so much happier when I'm reading her books. It flows straight to the heart, but it's not heavy or intense, it's easily absorbed and received........it will make you smile from your heart. Loving ourselves isn't so easy in this hype-rcritical, hyper-competitive world where we all are so bogged down with negativity and far to busy........but love is there always, it never leaves us and the way Lorna explains this is so beautiful, it will change you, I promise. Lorna is a breath of fresh air like no other and I feel so much lighter in my heart.
