This was my first Freida McFadden book and I was not disappointed. The characters were very well written and kept me thoroughly engaged. I had a hard time putting it down, I finished it in 2 days! I was so bummed when I did. The ending was perfect and I did not expect it at all. Definitely recommend this book!

None of it made any sense. It was not believable and the ending was beyond a stupid I thought I was crazy having to Google it and everyone online including people on Reddit we're saying the same thing and that she just ruined the ending.

This book was so corny. I've literally never felt like I couldn't finish a book and this was hard for me to get through. It's pretty fast paced and I've enjoyed other books by the author, but this one made me feel weird and it was way too predictable. Started out optimistic, ended up disappointed.

I am someone who typically finishes a book. Even if I’m struggling to get into it, I push through anyways. This is the first book in a long time that I had to stop reading. I had already read the first half of the book, but I just couldn’t continue reading. I found it sickening. I’m disappointed as I usually like this author. I should have listened to the reviews.

This is the first Freida book that I almost didn't finish, though I'm glad I did because the twist was not what I was expecting at all. This book is full of innopropriate relationships and basically SA so if you are sensitive to that, I would not reccommend and honestly she leans in to it way more than what I think was necessary. The twist makes at worth it at the end, but the middle of the book is pretty yucky and hard to get through without taking a couple breaks from reading.
