Q: why does the product say 22g of protein per serving, but the label shows 1 serving is 100 cal & 11g of protein? Is that not 22g of protein for 2 servings?

  • A: In one 14oz package there are 3.5 servings per container, at 4 ounces (112 grams) per serving. One serving (4oz) has 22 grams of protein! Since there are 3.5 servings, the entire package has 77 grams of protein!

Definetly shaved steak. No need for any further trimming. Cooks or bakes quickly. We love to use it in our beef and broccoli. Note: tip, we find because of how thin meat is marinating time is way less. Instead of 1 hour, it took 15 minutes.
