A: Thank you for your question! We are happy to confirm that all our teas are vegan, including Yogi Honey Chai Turmeric Vitality. Some of our teas do contain Organic Honey Flavor, but it is not derived from actual honey. Rather, it comes from natural plant sources that have a honey flavor profile.

Honey Chai Tumeric Vitality - Contains Two Forms of Honey
I paid too much attention to "Turmeric" and "Chai," thereby overlooking "Honey" in the title. The box we received indicates this tea contains two forms of honey; I would prefer none. (Traditional Medicinals Original Throat Coat with Slippery Elm is very sweet and Chai-tasting without the use of honey; I guess I was hoping for a similar flavor profile with Turmeric.)

I found the Vanilla Peppermint first and it is the most amazing non caffeine tea. It's seasonal so you have to stock up. Then I found the other 2.. they are PERFECT for evening tea time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND...

Not for me
I did not like this tea. It was spicy and definitely tasted like turmeric. I added honey to it for added sweetness, but I still didn’t like it. Didn’t seem like a bedtime tea. I dumped it and went for my bengal spiced cinnamon tea instead.
