Nice lamp! Sturdy too
We had an entirely different experience with this arc lamp! Either the company has beefed up the base (its very heavy!) or the first customer had it tipped in a funny direction. It seems very stable to us, weighted down and not drooping at all. We really like it--just assembled it. So haven't used it yet other than to turn it on and make sure it works. I like how its not a bright shiny brass. More of a polished satin look. Very pretty

Poorly engineered.
So top heavy and not counter balanced that it does not stand upright. The circular marble base does not lay flat and the lamp looks like it's about to topple over.
