Pleasantly surprised! This is so good. Has a nice slight crunch if you decide to chew it. And has a nice slightly tart taste. It was my first time trying Chia seeds and I’m happy with my first experience. They are a bit pricey at over a dollar a pouch but taste great!

Good for a bit of fiber in the lunchbox
