The doll is adorable but as other mentioned the hair is a complete mess. It just gets into a matted mess and is impossible to brush out. A Tangled mess. ;) My 3.5 year old wants her hair down because otherwise it’s not her and it’s terrible. For me the eyes are odd, she’s really looking off and up awkwardly. My daughter did ask why her eyes are weird. Ha ha. But I just said she’s looking at the stars. Otherwise she’s beautiful. I just wish the hair was a better quality instead of giving me flashbacks to my dolls in the 80s.

I collect dolls that’s why it’s important to me that the packaging as well as the doll comes in perfect condition. Unfortunately it didn’t for me but it is a lovely doll and for many that just want the doll to play it is perfect.

Love the doll’s appearance. Absolutely adorable. My freshly 3 year old daughter loves her so much. My only gripe is her hair quality. It’s constantly a tangled mess. I actually keep it completely braided (even tried combining it into two separate braids) to try to maintain it for even a playable condition, however it’s still always coming up messy. It’s very very hard to manage her hair. It would have 5 stars from me otherwise.

My daughter asked for this doll every time we went to Target. She recently watched Tangled for the first time and loved it so she's naturally loving all things Rapunzel. When her birthday came around we purchased this doll. Right out of the box the dolls left arm seemed a little "wiggly" which we didn't think much of until about an hour after she opened it when she brought it to me with the arm off. The arm would not stay on despite multiple attempts. The doll is a complete loss and will be going in the dumpster. It was a complete waste of money. It is absolutely adorable and we really really wanted to love it, it just desperately lacks in quality.
