Wonderful social emotional story

Ny nieces and nephews loved this book. I don't know which level reader this is meant for since they are not reading yet. I bought this to read to them. They enjoy the bright, expressive illustrations and the very realistic story of a young child dealing with disappointment and frustration. I loved the lesson on how changing circumstances help change our perspective.

I didn’t like the story at all, felt it was super negative and not giving any good examples of getting out of it.

Typo!

The story is fine and the words are repetitive and good for beginners. The issue is the blatant typo! As far as I know Little Critter eats snacks, not “snakes”.
