Marcy Adjustable Weight Bench, Foldable Incline Decline Flat Bench Press for Home Gym, Full Body Workout Equipment with Leg Developer and Wheels

I read a lot of reviews and all the answered questions before purchasing, and received this yesterday. I'm going to summarize what I found helpful and also what I found to be accurate: The unit is not white it's more off white or light tan and the paint is a thin matte powder coat not a sturdy glossy coat like some if their other ones. Many of the unit's pieces came out of the box with chips in the paint. Some people don't care - I personally like my stuff to be not chipped when I receive it and if I mess it up, so be it. I also requested touch up paint from the manufacturer and they said they don't have any. I matched a paint marker I had close enough and it looks ok now. It took about an hour for my husband to put together. It's a lot of parts but not complicated. We also had one piece that supports the back part of the bench that was missing a hole for a screw. We were able to pop a hole through with a metal drill bit but again, questionable quality control issue. They were willing to send us a new part though, so that would have been corrected. Other than that - I saw somewhere that the leg unit locks for decline ab work but it does not. I also saw in the description it says foldable and I don't really know what they mean by that because it doesn't fold down. I used the leg part for quads and hamstrings today and it worked great with a good range of motion. The hamstring is a little awkward but I think it will do for me I just have to brace my arms in the bench and lift my head a little. I will probably get a screw cover for the screw closest to the first foam roller because it sticks out and could be u comfortable for someone with larger legs than me. This will add a missing element to my home workouts which I'm happy about and all in all decent for the price. I may have gotten the black one instead that is about $20 cheaper and seems to have a better paint job had I known the leg part didn't actually lock and the finish was matte and easily chipped.

Purchased as a gift for my husband and he loves it. His only ask would be to have a extension for shoulder press with a bar.

The padding is super comfortable and isn't hard like some weight benches I've tried in the past so that's a huge plus in my book. I also like that you can adjust it to where you are comfortable working out and also switch to your routine. I would 100% highly recommend this to anyone that works out, even if it's just occasionally, it's definitely worth it.

The adjustable bench is well padded and the right width for back support. You can do all of your basic arm and leg exercises on this with your home weight set or dumbbells. Marcy quality as expected.

The seat and back are adjustable to fit most activities to work various muscle groups using weights or resistance training. The utility bench is compact and takes up little space. The length is about 65 inches and at the widest about 23 inches with maximum user weight of 300 pounds. Assembly instructions could have been easier to follow if the exploded view was broken down into separate sections, rather than one big busy picture. It would have been useful if suggested exercise workouts utilizing the versatile bench were included. The black end caps are hard to insert and require a rubber hammer to install. I would recommend the product to friends.

Quality product. It recommended assembly by 2 people but I easily did it on my own watching a football game….a little distracted by the game but everything was easily assembled and instructions and lay out of the parts fabulous. Adjusts easily for leg extensions and seated flys.

Does what it suppose to do. Doesn’t feel/look cheap which is why I bought it, but still didn’t cost more than 200$. Gives me a variety of things to do. Just need to buy plates for it now.
