I ordered in addition: 2522 -HDMI splitter that only displayed flashing image. 2404-HDMI to DVI male to male, which didn't fit laptop mine requires VGA male to HDMI male. Would like to return the 2 above items. Thank you.

I have used three of them so far, and they do what they are designed to do.

I needed a coupler to connect 2 HDMI cables together to temporarily reach another 6 ft. Instead of buying a 20' cable, it was much nicer to use an existing 15' and 6' cable to get the length I needed. It works great.

Its my fird coupler, first I used in the basement, running 50 feet HDMI cable out of 2x25 feet cables, work like a charm its been 4 years, I use it with Media PC, cable box and fire stick. Does what it should. I also use a HDMI spliter to watch same video if I need on my living room and my breakfast nook. The only problem - my living room TV 1080P and my kitchen TV 720P, splitter could not transfer signal properly but it happens very rear and need to be TV turn off and on again. Last time I bought 2 couplers - and use one as a male to female adapter to connect fire stick in the kitchen - TV is very hard to get to, so plugin and unplugging cables is a big problem. now I have a short cable sticking out with a coupler on the side where I can plug my fire stick instead of taking TV out of the cabinet from the wall mount.

This Coupler is awesome, very compact at a tiny bit over an inch in size. I used this to connect a 4ft. P/N 24185 and 8ft. P/N 24188 Slim HDMI Cables from IIIP. These cables are supposedly not recommended to connect like this but mine worked fine with this Coupler in 1080P @60Fps. Havent tried it in 4k as my use of this is for A Roku Express +HD connected to a 1920x1080p resolution headrest monitors in my vehicle under HDMI using a 1 in 4 Out HDMI Splitter by BlackBird. I highly recommend this Coupler, there is Zero signal and Audio Loss. Excellent way to extend 2 HDMI cables.
